If you remember the email address you registered with but have forgotten your username and/or password click here for a new password to be emailed to you together with a reminder of your login details.

[3] BLANK SCREEN
If after following the guide above, you are presented with a blank screen follow the procedure below: To perform a trace route in Microsoft Windows please carry out the following steps:-

If you are running Windows XP
[1] Click on the Windows start button and then select "Run".
[2] In the run box type the word "CMD" and click "OK". Go to [3]

If you are running Windows Vista
[1] Click on the Windows start button and then select, "Programs", "Accessories", "Command Prompt". Go to [3]

[3] In the black screen which appears type tracert www.waggoners.co.uk and then press the enter key.
[4] A list of all the computers carrying data between your computer and the server that "Waggoners" uses will gradually appear.
[5] Right click on the title bar of the black window and choose "select all".
[6] Right click on the title bar of the black window and choose "copy".
[7] Now send me an email to rip@waggoners.co.uk and right click your mouse and choose "paste" to include this trace information in the email.

[4] ERROR MESSAGE
If you receive an error message, copy and paste the error message into an email and send it to me at rip@waggoners.co.uk

[5] IF ALL ELSE FAILS
If you have completely forgotten your login details or you are unable to find them or cannot retrieve them please follow the steps.

EMAIL
[1] Send me an email to rip@waggoners.co.uk and in the subject line put "forgotten login" but without the quotes.
[2] Tell me your name; first name and last name.
[3] Tell me the units you were in during the last three years or the last three years prior to leaving the Corps.
[4] Can you remember your display name, the one that you chose to be shown with all your posts? Tell me what it is.
[5] Lastly, do you know or think you know what email address you used when you registered? Tell me what it was.

When I receive your email, I will try to identify you from the information you have provided. Once found, I will replace the email address in your member record with the email address from the email you sent me and I will reset your password. Once all this is done, I will send you an email and tell you your login username and your password. When you have successfully logged on, you should go to your "My Controls" and in the appropriate section, you may change your password to something more memorable.


NB: THIS PROCEDURE IS PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED BUT WHO HAVE SINCE FORGOTTEN THEIR LOGIN DETAILS. PLEASE DO NOT USE IT FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
