FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
Every password is encrypted. It cannot be recovered if it has been forgotten. A new password will need to be obtained. If you remember your email address but have forgotten your password click here for a new password to be emailed to you together with a reminder of your login details.

FORGOTTEN YOUR USERNAME?
Your username is usually your real name; first name followed by your surname.

ANY OTHER PROBLEM
Just send me an email to rip@waggoners.co.uk Give me as much information as you can remember; such as a previous email address you may have used, your units together with your 'Display name' if you know it. From the information you give me, I will try and locate your membership record. When I find it, I will update your email address with the one you have just contacted me from (unless you instruct otherwise). Since all passwords are encrypted, a new password will be required and I will reply to your email with all the information you need to login with. If I cannot find your membership record, you will need to register again.


NB: THIS PROCEDURE IS PROVIDED FOR MEMBERS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED BUT WHO HAVE SINCE FORGOTTEN THEIR LOGIN DETAILS. PLEASE DO NOT USE IT FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
